Resize a Photo for an Online Form

Check the form's required pixel dimensions and file-size limit first. Resize the pixels before compressing quality for the cleanest result.

What to do

Open Resize Image and choose the photo.
Enter the required width or height with Keep aspect ratio selected.
Download the resized image, then use Compress to Target Size if the form also has a KB or MB limit.

Resizing does not crop a photo to a new shape.
Passport and identity-photo rules may include framing requirements this tool cannot verify.
Do not enlarge a small source far beyond its original dimensions.
