What this tool is best for

  • Combining invoices, statements, reports, or application documents.
  • Keeping the original PDF pages without retyping or rebuilding them.
  • Merging confidential files locally in the browser.

Tips for a better result

  • Name or select the files in the desired order before merging.
  • Open the finished PDF and check the first and last page of each source document.
  • Use Rearrange PDF afterward if individual pages need a different order.

Know before you start

  • Password-protected or damaged PDFs may not open until they are unlocked or repaired.
  • The current tool merges whole files; use Extract PDF Pages first when you only need selected pages.
  • Large groups of PDFs can use considerable memory on mobile devices.

Common problems and fixes

  • If a protected file fails, unlock it with the authorized password before merging.
  • If the sequence is wrong, choose the files again in the required order or use Rearrange PDF after merging.
  • For many large files, merge them in smaller groups on a desktop browser.

Frequently asked questions

How many PDFs do I need?

At least two. The result contains all pages from each selected file.

Does merging reduce quality?

No. Docsy copies the original PDF pages into a new document rather than rendering them as images.

Are the PDFs uploaded?

No. Merging runs locally in your browser.

Privacy note: Docsy labels tools that process locally. File contents are never included in Google Analytics.
